World Cup 2010 South Africa Qualifying Groups
The big countdown to football’s elite event has already begun with the qualifying over. Newspapers will be full of shiny colour supplements giving the low down on the teams that have qualified while ex-pro’s give their expert opinion on who will lift the trophy. Elsewhere bookies will be offering the latest odds, with the advertisers jumping on the bandwagon trying to flog cars, widescreen TV’s, and lager to the masses.
Added to this mix will be the annoying flag wavers who from August to the end of May wouldn’t know their Tranmere Rovers to their Port Vale’s but all of a sudden become footy fans simply because their country has qualified for the World Cup and insist on hanging flags outside of houses and cars for the duration their country is in the tournament.
Despite these minor irritations it’s great for the real football fans who will be getting their football fix during the summer. So if you want to have a look who has qualified here is a brief summary of the teams that will travel to World Cup 2010
